Crystal Plan

• Urination is prohibited if lower abdomen region ultrasound will be performed. Drink more liquid or water (500 – 1500 cc recommended, but depends on one’s condition)
• To prepare for cervical cancer screening:
  1. Avoid having the smear test during mensuration period;
  2. Do not perform vaginal douching or use suppositories two days before the screening;
  3. Do not perform sexual intercourse one day before the screening; Please notify your doctor if you are pregnant or expecting to be pregnant as items such as X-ray and cervical screening are to be avoided.
• Inform the doctor of any confirmed or possible pregnancy;
• Inform the doctor or nurse your most recent menstrual period, or any abnormality encountered;
• Inform the doctor the types of commonly used medicine;
• Wear light and comfortable outfit;
• Do not eat and drink 8 hours before the examination if supplementary test including blood glucose test will be taken. All medicines (except diabetes medicine) can be taken as usual on the day of physical examination;
• Collection of stool/urine specimen during mensuration is not suitable. Please return the specimen 3 days after the end of the menstrual period;
• Arrive 15 minutes before to allow time for registration.
